Position Summary
Responsible for the provision of audiology services to children; the accompanying written documentation and verbal communication needed to administer care; patient/family/caregiver education and counseling; staff and student training; and maintenance of a safe, clean clinic environment. Also provides proper care for departmental equipment; effective time management; and promotion of patient/family, provider, and intradepartmental satisfaction. All of the position's duties are performed in accordance with Children's values.
Master's and/or Doctorate in Audiology from an accredited audiology program, state licensure as an audiologist, and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or AAA Board Certification. BLS certification. Prior clinical experience preferred, with some exposure to ENT clinical setting. Pediatric clinical experience required.

The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.
In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
