Department Overview Comprehensive interdisciplinary initial evaluation, follow-up and management of congenital and acquired endocrine disorders, including: diabetes, growth problems, thyroid disorders, etc. This department also provide an education program for children and their families that includes diabetes management and nutrition counseling as well as resources, support groups, for children and their families. Position Summary This position exists to assist the providers and staff in the clerical and patient care aspects of the pediatric clinic. This role will be scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm and support both our Minnetonka and Maple Grove locations (Mondays and Fridays will work in Maple Grove, Tuesdays through Thursdays will work in Minnetonka).
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent. BLS certification required. Post high school training in a health care setting and/or pediatric experience preferred. Computer knowledge. Medical terminology preferred. Demonstrated customer service skills and organizational skills.
