Position Summary This position exists to assist the providers and staff in the clerical and patient care aspects of the Intensive Care Follow-up Clinic. Our multidisciplinary clinic provides care to infants and young children who were hospitalized for prematurity or other medical issues. With an emphasis on early childhood development, our team consists of physicians, nurse practitioners, rehab therapists and psychologists. Workdays are split between our St Paul and Minneapolis campuses. The role of Clinic Assistant often has the first contact with families. We are looking for a candidate who puts Kids First, is family-centered, friendly, and collaborates well with the clinic team.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent. BLS certification required. Post high school training in a health care setting and/or pediatric experience preferred. Computer knowledge. Medical terminology preferred. Demonstrated customer service skills and organizational skills.
