Job Summary
This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and supervising nursing care for patients within the partial hospital program. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively as part of our multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Complete standard nursing assessments for patients admitted to the partial hospital program
- Supervise medication administration per departmental policy
- Plan and facilitate daily nursing groups with patients
- Provide education and training to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
Requirements
- Associates degree in nursing required
- Two years or more experience as an RN
- Licensed in state of Minnesota
- BLS certification
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a pediatric-related setting
- Two years or more experience in mental health
