Position Summary
Provides supervision of the daily operations of departments requiring nursing expertise, assuring goals are obtained through planning, implementing and directing programs, procedures, systems and support personnel. Direct supervision of support staff and RN staff up to 30 FTE's. May require travel to 1-2 sites in relative proximity. This is a working supervisor role with 10-30% clinical care.

In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.

Required:
- BSN, RN
- MN Nursing License
- 2-5 years of clinical nursing experience
- BLS Certification

- Pediatrics, ambulatory care setting
- Specialty experience, where applicable
