Full-Time, Exempt
Compensation: $ 50,000 -55,000 per year

Position Summary:
The CRM Systems Specialist will support the implementation and ongoing operations of Tessitura, SalesVu, and TripleSeat as well as subsequent integration with business practices and other systems used by the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh. The CRM Systems Specialist will work with senior management, implementation core team members, IT management and staff and other project stakeholders to attain the strategic goals of the organization with the implementation of these systems. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting user adoption of Tessitura, and ensuring seamless integration with the institution's existing technology infrastructure.
Essential Job Duties:
Tessitura Implementation & Management
- Support the implementation of the CRM System, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing
- Interface with vendors and Children's Museum Director of IT as part of the Arts Enterprise System
- Develop workflows to optimize ticketing, fundraising, and marketing processes using
- Customize Tessitura reporting and analytics tools to support institutional
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system security within the CRM
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system updates for CRM System users across
Systems Administration
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- Enforce systems policies, including security protocols and data management
User Support & Training
- Coordinate with vendors to schedule training sessions for staff on CRM functionality and best
- Provide technical support and resolve user issues in a timely manner. Interface with vendors as needed to assure all issues are resolved
- Create and maintain user guides, documentation, and training
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with department leads to understand their needs and ensure CRM System supports operational
- Serve as a liaison between external vendors and internal stakeholders for CRM software support and
- Communicate project updates, upgrades, and system changes to appropriate

Qualifications:
Education: Undergraduate or degree in a relevant field (computer science, information management, business, strategy), project management qualification desirable.
Experience: Three or more years of experience in systems administration, IT management, or similar roles. Experience with Tessitura, SalesVu, TripleSeat or other CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Blackbaud) preferred.
Skills: Demonstrated skills in database environments and Microsoft Office suite including Excel. Self-directed learner, motivated team player, curious, creative and persistent. Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and database management.
Physical Requirements & Equipment Usage:
This position is primarily sedentary in nature. No excessive physical effort required, however, it will be necessary to move about Museum in normal course of administrative and professional activities.

Work Environment, Hours of Work, and Travel Requirements:
Majority in-person work during business hours, with occasional remote flexibility, based on operational needs. Duties will be performed in a museum environment, which includes interaction with the public and exposure to children and families.
Clearances: FBI fingerprints, PA Child Abuse History Certificate (Act 33) and PA State Criminal Record Check (Act 34) are required.
