Analyze system requirements and configure applications to support advanced workflows.
Provide top-notch support to users, ensuring maximum efficiency.
Lead testing and coordinate new application releases.
Investigate and resolve complex application issues.
Drive system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring continuous improvement.
Maintain UKG and generate custom reports.
Qualifications : Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Or Relevant experience in integration architecture beyond the minimum required work experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a 1-1 ratio i.e. one year of relevant work experience equals one year of required education.
Minimum Work Experience
3 years experience in application support and Enterprise solutions. (Required)

Solid understanding of healthcare and revenue cycle workflows.
Proficiency in healthcare application modules and tools.
Experience in system configuration and customization.

Functional Accountabilities
Provide support to Children's National users of Enterprise Applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications.
Respond to requests for support by users.
Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Applications.
Log defects against applications and follow up with IT colleagues and vendors
Monitor future applications releases from vendors.
Train informatics on features of applications, sometimes participating in end-user training.
Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user.
Act as reporting resource.
Analyze user requirements and design solutions using applications.
Configure and customize applications to meet specific workflow needs.
Collaborate with end-users, stakeholders, and vendors to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Investigate and troubleshoot complex application issues, providing timely resolutions.
Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements.
Participate in data analysis and reporting for performance optimization.
