Job Title : Music Therapy Clinical Coordinator - Full time - DC (250000E3)
Description : The music therapy clinical coordinator will develop, implement, and evaluate a music therapy program for patients and families. The clinical coordinator is responsible for initiating and supporting work efforts that maximize quality, safety, and services. Foster positive and professional interpersonal relationships with patients / families, physicians, hospital staff, community representatives, and visitors. Effectively use interpersonal communication skills to promote a healing environment. Coordinators will be responsible for clinical supervision and support of music therapy staff and will assist departmental leadership with supervisory responsibilities, representing music therapy practice at an organizational level.
Qualifications : Minimum Education :
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Master's Degree (Preferred)
Minimum Work Experience :
6 years of clinical experience in a complex medical setting or similar, supervisory experience (Required)
