Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and schedule appointments (high call volume)

Create and maintain patient accounts
- Insurance verification
- Accounts Receivable
- Check-In/Out
- Clinic Preparation
- Point of service collections and charge entry

Perform clerical and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- Professional References Required
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Longevity in previous position preferred
- Previous Medical Practice experience preferred but not required
- Ability to learn/operate multiple computer programs (EMR, EPIC, Outlook, Phreesia, etc)
- Articulate and ability to use critical thinking
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
