SUMMARY
The Director of Clinical Services is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and has primary responsibility for the day-to-day management and operations of CPA's clinical programs, both those that are provided via direct service and those provided via partner channels. The Director will provide administrative and clinical supervision to program staff and partners to ensure services are delivered according to local, state, and federal laws, in compliance with contractual requirements, and in fidelity to CPA's model. The Director is responsible for ensuring the quality of care for all behavioral health clients. To that end, this position leads the Child & Family Support Services Team and works across program departments to evaluate and enhance current clinical services, to expand and promote services, and to catalyze opportunities in the behavioral health space to position Children's Place Association as a thought partner and leader in community centric mental health equity. The Director of Clinical Services takes the lead in developing the agency's clinical policies to ensure consistency in service quality, and sets and pursues high standards for excellence to meet or exceed accreditation and licensing requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) :
CFSS Program Design, Accountability, Management, and Training
- Leads the Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) team that consists of the Supportive Housing Program Supervisor, Family Case Manager, and Medical Case Manager.
- Ensures adequate progress toward annual program targets as defined by the annual work plan, strategic plan, and contractual agreements.
- Partners with the Housing Program Supervisor to build and maintain a robust wraparound transitional housing service model.
- Partners with the Medical Case Manager to evaluate and strengthen the medical case management function, with the ambition to grow this function.
- Conceptualizes new programs and services as appropriate to address emerging client needs, maximize opportunities and adapt to changing conditions.
- Acts as Co-Chair of the Housing / Intake Committee. Deploys best practices to assess and recommend clients for placement.
- Evaluates individual and team performance and uses information to make necessary improvements to maximize the quality of care and staff productivity.
- Partners with staff to create and achieve comprehensive departmental goals, included but not limited to : program, fiscal, professional development, and training.
- Reviews and / or completes reports for internal and external stakeholders and funders.

Pay Range : $71,000 - $78,000 per year
