What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Relations Manager position at Children's Rehab LLC.?
Our Goal:
Children's Rehab is a PPEC center, also known as a medical daycare. We offer daycare services to medically fragile children from birth to 21 years of age. Our goal is to make more families and healthcare workers aware of our services so we can welcome new patients and help more children achieve their health goals!
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Have, or be able to establish, great relationships with nurses, social workers, case managers, and referral coordinators in different hospitals and medical facilities
- Understand, or be able to learn, our patient demographic and what qualifies a child for PPEC services
- Be able to organize relationships, follow-up with people, and document your tasks accordingly
- Understand the admission process and ensure it is seamless for children, families, and referral sources
- Identify possible sponsorship or donation opportunities for events in the community
- Be a great communicator either in person or on the telephone
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
