Job description
As a Mobile Response Stabilization/Crisis Service Provider, you will be essential in delivering immediate support and intervention for individuals in crisis. Reporting to the clinical supervisor, your role involves utilizing core skills in crisis management, patient assessment, and behavioral therapy to develop safety plans and provide compassionate care
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Assistance with linkage to support systems
o Coordination and assistance in crisis management and stabilization
o Coordination of services
o Collaboration with RU Program Manager, RU Therapist, treatment teams, clients, and more
Ability to work in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment
Apply knowledge and skills of child/adolescent growth and development to appropriate range of needed interventions
Consultations with community members regarding crisis and suicide prevention
Behavioral assessment/interventions
Implementing safety plans
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have an Ohio License in social work, counseling, or MFT
o Bachelor’s degree with license required upon hire
o Master’s degree with a license preferred
