The Role

As an Outpatient Clinical Supervisor in our Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC) , you will provide high-quality, culturally competent, and individualized mental health services to the children and families we serve. This is a full-time position reporting to the Program Director . You will oversee clinical staff, ensure service quality, provide supervision to license-eligible interns, and support staff development efforts.

  • Provide weekly supervision to clinical staff and guidance to direct care staff.
  • Ensure client confidentiality and maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records.
  • Oversee chart reviews, peer reviews, and quality assurance efforts.
  • Coordinate and / or provide staff training and development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with program mandates, documentation, and billing requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director to integrate services and support an effective case-management approach.
  • Develop and implement client-sensitive policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Behavioral Health programs.
  • Provide crisis intervention and manage emergencies as needed.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Massachusetts CANS certification required .
  • Master's degree in Psychology or a related field required .
  • Independent licensure required (LMHC, LICSW, or LADC) .
  • At least five (5) years of post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with valid insurance coverage required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Experience working independently, managing deadlines, and navigating high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of child and family-serving systems and experience advocating for family members involved with behavioral health systems preferred.
