The Role
As an Outpatient Clinical Supervisor in our Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC) , you will provide high-quality, culturally competent, and individualized mental health services to the children and families we serve. This is a full-time position reporting to the Program Director . You will oversee clinical staff, ensure service quality, provide supervision to license-eligible interns, and support staff development efforts.
- Provide weekly supervision to clinical staff and guidance to direct care staff.
- Ensure client confidentiality and maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records.
- Oversee chart reviews, peer reviews, and quality assurance efforts.
- Coordinate and / or provide staff training and development activities.
- Ensure compliance with program mandates, documentation, and billing requirements.
- Collaborate with the Program Director to integrate services and support an effective case-management approach.
- Develop and implement client-sensitive policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Behavioral Health programs.
- Provide crisis intervention and manage emergencies as needed.
