Our esteemed organization seeks a highly skilled Child Development Therapist - Infant Mental Health to join our team serving the Enumclaw-Maple Valley area.
In this vital position, you will work closely with our Early Support for Infants and Toddlers Team to provide services to children from birth to 3 years old and their caregivers. The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in infant mental health, psychotherapy, and attachment theory, as well as experience working within related systems such as foster care/child welfare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with caregivers to develop Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that promote healthy racial, cultural, gender, socio-economic, and disability identity.
- Develop strong relationships with caregivers and work collaboratively with community members and the ESIT team to meet family needs.
Qualifications:
- Mental health professional license in Washington state or ability to practice under supervision and obtain licensure.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Experience in infant mental health, psychotherapy, and attachment theory.
