Our unique two-tiered pay system distinguishes between administrative duties and treatment time, allowing you to set a comfortable work pace and determine your own earning potential based on treatment hours. You'll work closely with healthcare professionals to provide effective therapy services and educate patients, families, and caregivers on supportive strategies.Expectations :
• Achieve a 95% positive customer satisfaction rating.
• Meet at least 80% of therapy goals upon re-evaluation.
• Complete 100% of billable hours as per the employment agreement.
• Ensure timely and thorough documentation.Required Qualifications :
• Current Speech-Language Pathology license.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Pediatric therapy experience is a plus.Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are also encouraged to apply.Preferred Traits :
