Our clinics provide speech and language services, occupational therapy, physical therapy, mental health counseling, and behavioral and developmental support through our developmental disabilities agency.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing insurance claims, resolving denials, rebilling claims, and ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth revenue cycle operations and ensuring compliance with insurance policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve denied or underpaid claims with insurance providers.
- Rebill corrected claims to insurance companies and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Serve as a backup for insurance authorizations, benefits checks, and related tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims activities and communications.
- Stay informed about insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends.
- Backup for processing of insurance remittance advice.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience: Minimum of [X years] experience in claims resolution, medical billing, or a related role.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of insurance billing, remits, and claims processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
