Our clinics provide speech and language services, occupational therapy, physical therapy, mental health counseling, and behavioral and developmental support through our developmental disabilities agency.

Children's Therapy Place, Inc. is currently looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Department Manager.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Clinically supervise and provide leadership and support to OTs, COTAs and PTs, including observation of visits and regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings
- Oversee and coordinate programming, training, budget, and schedule productivity.
- Serve as overflow during caseload transitions between OTs and evals as needed
- Support resolution of complex issues
- Have a commitment to, and passion for, developing and investing in others and embodies CTP's values

What you’ll bring:
- A Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- National Credentialing Board certification
- Must be licensed in the state of Idaho
- Pediatric experience preferred
