Children's Therapy Place is a full-service outpatient pediatric therapy clinic. Our clinics provide speech and language services, occupational therapy, physical therapy, mental health counseling, and behavioral and developmental support through our developmental disabilities agency.
We are currently looking for a candidate for an Office Assistant to join us at our Boise Clinic.
Our mission is to empower and support children and their families to live their best lives through our innovative therapy, educational programs, and collaborative multidisciplinary services.

Responsibilities include:
- Organizing, updating and maintaining client information.
- Answer phone calls and e-mails, greeting clients and prospective clients and reminding them of upcoming appointments.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Liaise and coordinate with providers about schedules, clients and any changes.
- Assist with managing social media accounts as seeded.
- Receiving and responding to requests from internal and external sources.
- Assist department with other clerical tasks as assigned.
