Position :
We are looking for a motivated, compassionate and outgoing professional to join our multi-disciplinary team to provide therapy and help implement personalized family focused treatments.
The responsibility of the Pediatric Occupational Therapist is to serve children, birth to adolescents, diagnosed with a variety of congenital, developmental, neurological or acquired disorders / delays. This position will be at our clinic in Northglenn and seeing children 0-3 years old in homes.

Compensation :
- 85K - 100K First Year (uncapped earnings)

- Pediatric experience, working with a variety of diagnoses and disorders.
- A family-centered and holistic approach to intervention and strong collaborative skills.
- Proficient in utilizing various diagnosis protocols and therapy modalities specific to pediatrics.
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to assess and provide services, based on the needs of the child, outlined in the Individual Family Service Plan or Treatment Plan.
- Provide parent training specific to their child's development and the family's needs.
- Excellent communication skills to help facilitate writing progress notes, treatment plans and evaluations to be used by both families and fellow professionals.
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with various disciplines and has a great personality.
- Must hold a Master’s degree or higher in the field of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Colorado DORA (Department of Regulatory Agencies) License - required to practice Occupational Therapy in Colorado
- Enrolled as a Colorado Medicaid (Health First) Provider (preferred but not required)
- Spanish speaking (preferred but not required)
- CPR / First Aid certification (training provided if necessary)
