The Community Engagement Coordinator oversees and implements CTAC's community engagement programs and strategies, focusing on fostering relationships with stakeholders, local partners, and service providers to enhance awareness of CTAC’s initiatives.

- Participate in data-driven decision-making and long-term planning
- Cultivate relationships across diverse communities
- Provide information and opportunities to engage in Trust programming
- Provide education to staff
- Provide support to community partners as they provide these opportunities to young people
- Facilitate community meetings to foster relationship building, collaboration, and promote equitable services
- Provide ongoing input, information, and materials to support internal and external communication efforts about programming and opportunities
- Participate in community events and public functions
- Provide training to community providers
- Participate in the continuous quality improvement
- Assess the efficacy of programming and assist in developing programmatic refinements
- Ensure adherence to data collection requirements
- Provide ancillary support for other CTAC projects by coordinating with and supporting colleagues
- Bachelors Degree.
- Two years of related experience.
