Duties
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and transitions between activities.
- Support behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among students.
- Engage children in physical education activities that promote health and wellness.
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Observe and document children's progress, providing feedback to teachers as needed.
- Foster an inclusive atmosphere that respects the diverse backgrounds of all children.
- Participate in early intervention strategies for children needing additional support.
