Job Description:
We’re looking for a Credentialing Coordinator to be the central point of contact for all things credentialing. This is a newly created position , offering the opportunity to build and refine credentialing processes while ensuring a seamless experience for our providers. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline workflows, improve processes, and drive efficiency in our credentialing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for credentialing inquiries from providers and partners.
Guide providers through the credentialing process, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.
Develop and refine credentialing workflows to improve efficiency and compliance.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Maintain accurate credentialing records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Collaborate with internal teams to align credentialing efforts with organizational needs.
Stay up to date with industry regulations and accreditation requirements.
Proactively bring new ideas to enhance the credentialing process.
Qualifications -
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Two years of experience
Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision.
Knowledge of economics, accounting, mathematics, administration, English language, law, government, and human resources.
Work requires resource management, mathematics, problem solving, coordinating work activities, critical thinking, systems analysis, operations analysis, time management, writing, active listening, and active learning skills.
