Role & Responsibility:
- Responsible for the day to day operations of the Welcome Center Team, Surgery Family Waiting, and Patient Transport assuring service excellence and compliance with the established policies and procedures.
- Coordinates the activities of staff in support of the hospital on all three shifts.
- Oversight of Casual & 2nd Shift
- 13:00 – 21:00 coverage with some flexibility depending on the needs of the team and team meetings onsite from time to time
- Coverage of one weekend shift/month
- Requires a high school education or equivalent.
- Bachelors Degree in human services/business or related field preferred.
- Current CPR certification- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.
- Three years customer service or related experience. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
