Role & Responsibility:

• Responsible for the day to day operations of the Welcome Center Team, Surgery Family Waiting, and Patient Transport assuring service excellence and compliance with the established policies and procedures.
• Coordinates the activities of staff in support of the hospital on all three shifts.
  
  

Schedule:

• Oversight of Casual & 2nd Shift
• 13:00 – 21:00 coverage with some flexibility depending on the needs of the team and team meetings onsite from time to time
• Coverage of one weekend shift/month
  
  

Education, Certification & License:

• Requires a high school education or equivalent.
• Bachelors Degree in human services/business or related field preferred.
• Current CPR certification- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.
  
  

Skills & Experience:

• Three years customer service or related experience. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
