Role & Responsibility :
- Promotes the patient care philosophy and objectives of the professional practice governance members by subscribing to and supporting CHW standards of care through the management of all aspects of patient care delivery, fiscal administration and professional development in assigned areas of responsibility.
- Acts as a liaison for supervisory, professional nurses, and technical staff as well as administration in planning, implementing, communicating, evaluating and coordinating patient care operations associated with CHHS's mission, vision and values.
- Works in partnership with the Medical directors for the assigned patient care units.
