In conjunction with the leadership team, this position provides day to day administration of the support staff. Responsible for maintaining an environment conducive to peak performance in all areas of operation and serves as an active member of the leadership team to support the overall operations.
Minimum Job Requirements
Education (Experience can be substituted for education)
Requires a high school education or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or a degree in a related clinical field strongly preferred.
Experience (Education can be substituted for experience)
Three years clinic scheduling experience preferred in order to understand department procedures and inter department function.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Leadership skills necessary to operate in a team environment.
Analytical and critical thinking skills to make independent decisions in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Computer related experience with spreadsheets, computer scheduling and word processing. Preferably Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills in order to supervise employees and interact effectively with patients, families, physicians and co-workers.
Excellent organizational skills required prioritizing workload.
