Toddler Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive, learn, and develop essential skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
• Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and developmental stages.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments.
• Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and conducive to learning.
  
  

Experience

• Previous experience working with students in a preschool or childcare setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques and strategies for engaging young learners.
• Background in babysitting or childcare can be beneficial for understanding child development needs.
• Knowledge of first aid practices is a plus to ensure the safety of all students.
• A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
