Job Description:

We are looking for a versatile Retail Support Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking on a range of responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring that the store remains organized, stocked, clean and welcoming for our customers. Additionally, you will have a unique opportunity to work in our Contract Post Office. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented and skilled in multitasking.

Responsibilities:

• Verify incoming orders, counting, comparing to purchase orders
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure products are easily accessible to customers.
• Fold and label clothing to ensure proper presentation and organization
• Learn all Post Office operations
• Execute tasks with a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and tidying up.
• Other duties as necessary

Requirements:

• Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic are essential
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Eagerness to expand skills and knowledge
• Cash handling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to climb stairs.
• Must be able to kneel, bend and reach for various tasks.
