What are the responsibilities and job description for the Blended Case Manager- Traditional position at Children Service Center?
Purpose of this Position:
This is a case management position relating to closely monitoring and advocating for services as needed by children and adolescents. This position has an on-call, after hours expectation with a rotating call schedule.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to use good judgement skills in assessing consumer needs
- Become familiar with available community resources (be up to date with their locations, eligibility requirements and program changes)
- Will complete Crisis Evaluations one day per week

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or related Social Science field
Two years experience or equivalent combinations of the experience and training in a public or private human services organization preferred, but not required
Experience in working with children/adolescents and their families is preferred, but not required
Knowledge of the mental health and social service field preferred, but not required
Salary : $100
