Purpose of this position:
Assist the Medical Director of Primary Care Services and Clinical Staff by performing necessary duties to ensure supportive care to the patient’s needs.

Qualifications:
- LPN Certification with 2-4 year experience in healthcare setting
- Good customer service skills and verbal communication
- EHR and computer knowledge
- Knowledge of VFC (Vaccine for Children) required
Salary : $50 - $100
