What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Support Representative- Primary Care position at Children Service Center?
Purpose of this position:
The Patient Support Representative will support the Conyngham Primary Health Care Center by successful execution of various administrative responsibilities primarily in a front office setting.
Essential Functions of the Job include, but are not limited to:
- Perform functions of reception, registration, and staff support
- Schedule appointments for the physicians/CRNPs and monitors appointments to ensure clients are scheduled for appropriate service
- Enter information into the EMR and maintains daily schedule
- Skilled in customer service, oral and written communication, and time management

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Previous front office experience; 1-3 years in a medical setting
- Experience with EMR Software
