  Key Responsibilities:  

• Conduct screenings and assessments to evaluate children's occupational performance  

• Develop and implement tailored intervention plans  

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support student success  

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation through written and oral reports that adhere to organizational, AOTA, and Maryland and/or DC guidelines.  

• Communicate effectively with families and staff  

Qualifications

Ideal Candidates Have:  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy  

• NBCOT certification (or eligibility)  

• Certified in crisis management (or eligibility)  

• Current (or temporary) Maryland State license as an OT (or eligibility)  

• Passion for working with children with diverse abilities  

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Salary : $60,000 - $95,000
