Position Summary
The Dedicated Lab Sonographer I - Non-Invasive (DLS I) performs the daily duties required for the performance, recording and processing of all non-invasive procedures in Cardiology.
Position Requirements :
Minimum Education : High School diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree in Cardiovascular Technology from an accredited program preferred.
Minimum Experience : 5-7 years of pediatric cardiac ultrasound and noninvasive experience.
Required Course(s) / Training : Successful completion of Registry specialty exam from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) – Pediatric Echo Examination; CPR-BLS.
Skills / Experience : Dedicated Lab Sonographer I - Non-Invasive (DLS I)must be able to independently perform the daily duties required for the performance and recording of all non-invasive procedures in the noninvasive labs.

Stand / Walk : Up to 6 hours
Bend / Stoop : Up to 6 hours
Reach : Up to 6 hours
Rep Use of UE / Grasp : Up to 8 hours
Lift / Push / Pull : 25 lbs, over 25# with assistance or equipment
