Job Overview
This position trains in information technology applications and the related principles, methods and techniques while performing entry level, routine tasks. Supports and assists with designing, implementing, maintaining and providing ongoing optimization and support.
The RAVE Application Analyst Associate is responsible for supporting all ambulatory operations and functions.
This position is a vital resource for the RAVE department and all decentralized areas. This position provides the needed operational support to push authorization initiatives forward in a timely manner. By having this position dedicated to the RAVE department we have been able to optimize our workflows, transition the entire RAVE team into their appropriate workflows (still in progress), create standard work queues, transition decentralized areas into the appropriate workflows, provide immediate IT support for end users, provide hands on training as needed, correct work queue scoping logic immediately to prevent authorization denials and develop a more robust estimate process. With many large authorization and cost estimate initiatives moving forward we will need to be sure that we can provide the adequate support to out front-line staff members and leaders appropriately which this position provides.

Responsibilities:
Use standard Epic functionality to manage and complete full build requests per department for existing functionality or processes. Triage, assess, analyze initial contact/support need. System level settings; security build; work queues; referral status; referral workflows/forms; referral reasons; item profiles; note types; system flags; authcert workflow/forms
System training materials and communications
First line of support for the RAVE department for technical issues
Serves as a liaison between IT and end users
Supports end user work requests
Provides elbow end user support
Performs workflow assessments, capture business needs, and analyze to determine functional requirements for optimal utilization

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Trains and assists with analyzing and diagnosing system problems, identifying the root cause, and solving the problem or escalating issues to other appropriate IT staff when outside area of responsibility or expertise.
Provides front line support for systems issues prior to escalation.
Trains and assists with planning, designing, implementing, maintaining and providing ongoing optimization and support for applications.
Participates and assists with coordinating the preparation, coding, testing, and debugging of complex programs.
Assists, analyzes, designs and builds workflows to meet the needs of users.
Serves as a liaison between IT and users.
Assists, gathers and analyzes information to resolve incidents and troubleshoot problems. Documents the process and assists in the resolution of the problem.
Identifies and clarifies reporting needs and expectations with end users and works with report developers to clarify data and reporting needs.
Supports end users and provides primarily Tier 1 support for supported systems.
Assumes on-call responsibilities as required.

Qualifications
EDUCATION – Bachelor's degree is required.
EQUIVALENCY – Combination of post-high school education, job related certification and/or related experience equivalent to 4 years may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements.

Salary Information
Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $61,366.92 to $92,050.38
Hourly Salary Range: $29.50 to $44.25
