A Brief Overview Leads and facilitates collaboration with all stakeholders across the enterprise, working towards common goals and outcomes to impact childhood obesity across the continuum of care in our community and region. Essential Functions
- Oversee the development and implementation of childhood obesity prevention and treatment activities in coordination with stakeholders across Children’s enterprise. * Coordinates the development and dissemination of childhood obesity, nutrition and wellness education resources. * Holds regular meetings with the Medical Director to strategize program growth. * Maintains scorecard/dashboard with agreed upon objective data/metrics/outcomes to measure progress and make recommendations. * Gathers data for and coordinates research projects. * Gathers referral data to determine needs and opportunities for programmatic expansion. * Works with Marketing to promote the Weight & Wellness program and maintains the webpage and any other associated media. * Partners with Physician Relations to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our referring providers. * Networks and collaborates with other community organizations to promote the clinic. * Provides oversight of the Bariatric Program with future responsibilities for a consortium. * Sends regular reports to W&W leadership team. * Build project teams and leads the teams through conducting meetings.

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a healthcare related field Required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in healthcare related field Required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Excellent critical thinking skills and proactive thought processes.
- High level of attention to detail and follow-up.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities, strong prioritization abilities
