What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Financial Analyst of Financial Planning & Analysis position at Childrens Hospital of Birmingham?
This position will be responsible for reporting and data analysis related to financial information systems including, Cost Accounting, budgeting and the ERP system. This includes reviewing and analyzing all financial and costing data provided throughout the organization for internal and external reporting, benchmarking, and other purposes. This position will also provide support for third party reimbursement, cost report, budget and GME reporting.
- Education Bachelor’s degree required – Accounting, Finance or other business-related major preferred. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience Two to three years of relevant experience required. Healthcare experience preferred.
- Licensures, Certifications, and / or Registries CPA preferred
