Consults with line-management, legal, compensation and recruitment, and provides daily HR guidance. Acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Will communicate needs proactively with the HR department and business management to develop integrated solutions. Formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Maintains an effective level of business literacy, legal regulations, and compliance regarding company operations. Maintains knowledge of the mid-range plans, culture and competition.Pay RangeMinimum $84,573 Midpoint $112,050 Maximum $139,547Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.Experience* Required: Minimum four (4) years professional Human Resources experience. Analytical and goal oriented Demonstrable experience with HR metrics. Thorough knowledge of labor legislation. Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.* Preferred: Prefers two years healthcare experience. Preferred Previous experience as a HRBP.Education* Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field.* Preferred: Master’s Degree in Related Field.Training* Required: Experience in professional development and training a plus. Current in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including worker’s compensation and federal and state employment laws.Specialized Skills* Required: Human Resources Information Systems Experience. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel). Excellent people management skills. Analytical skills including statistical analysis, and financial modeling. Strong interpersonal skills. Must have attention to detail.
