They apply knowledge of business and applications to recommend solutions. They are accountable for the success of multiple parallel system implementations, repairs, process improvements, and overall project benefits realization. Project Manager III function as a key point of user contact and customer service for their active projects and are accountable for user satisfaction, dealing with senior operational leaders. They help to develop project management methodologies and procedures as well as help to educate individuals both in and outside the department as it relates to IT and services. They prepare analytical reports and are expected to evaluate project successes and issues and make recommendations to IT and operational leadershipPay RangeMinimum $107,931 Midpoint $143,000 Maximum $178,069Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.Experience
• Required: Minimum seven (7) years of Project Management experience. At least three (3) years of Healthcare Information Systems experience.
• Preferred: Over two (2) years of supervisory experience with IT personnel. Four (4) Healthcare Information System Implementation experience.Education
