Apply now to see where your career at CHOC can take you.Job SummaryThe Staffing Coordinator has responsibility in areas that support daily operations: receive and accurately record staffing and schedule changes, participate in daily staffing in collaboration with the Nursing Supervisor and Unit Nursing leaders, the CHOC scheduling system and is a key resource for all users, gathers and processes time and attendance documents, compiles data and creates reports.Pay RangeMinimum $21.55 Midpoint $28.56 Maximum $35.57Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.Experience:Previous experience with administrative Staffing process or Administrative support servicesPrefers 1-3 years of experience with administrative staffing processes. Prior staffing coordination in a hospital settingEducation:H.S. Diploma or equivalentPrefers Bachelor's degreeTraining:None requiredSpecialized Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Well organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize. Ability to assimilate to CHOC scheduling system. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
