Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages children to express themselves and engage with their peers.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a safe and orderly learning space.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regarding developmental milestones.
- Incorporate special education strategies as needed to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Maintain accurate records of children's activities, progress, and behavior.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
Experience
