Full Time - Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Occasional Saturday mornings 8:30 am - noon
We are seeking a full-time front desk member for our busy Pediatric Practice. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a clinical office setting and in-depth knowledge of all front office procedures. Excellent verbal communication is a must.
• Greet patients and families upon arrival
• Check-in/ check-out, collect copays, verify demographics and insurance
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Performs additional duties as required
Requirements
Qualifications include:
• 1-3 years of Healthcare experience, preferably Pediatric.
• Familiarity with computers and other office equipment.
• Basic typing and keyboard skills.
• Must be able to act calmly and effectively in a busy or stressful situation.
