Overview
The Research Laboratory Manager will work directly with Dr. Dolores Lamb-https://researchers.childrensmercy.org/display/1132276 and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Laboratory established to support funded and non-funded collaborative efforts within CMH and its partners. The lab manager will also be responsible for supervising staff, and providing training and mentorship to staff, students, visitors, residents, fellows, and faculty on laboratory techniques.

Responsibilities
- Oversee laboratory staff
- Ordering and maintaining equipment
- Responsible for compliance for all instrumentation and adhering to appropriate protocols
- Promote Collaboration and Provide Training and Mentorship
- Responsible for oversight of Laboratory projects.
- Establish and maintain laboratory facilities.
- Participate in the preparation, submission and oversight of grant applications, awards, and/or manuscripts.
- Ph.D. preferred and 1-2 years experience of relevant research or
- Master's Degree required and 3-5 years experience of relevant research
