Overview Responsible for a variety of clinical and technical tasks as directed by the Section Manager. Assists in the maintenance of a safe environment and promotes efficiency of operations. • Performs special ophthalmological services. Prepares and maintains the equipment for these services.
• Create and maintain patient medical records under supervision of ophthalmologist or optometrist
• Provides supportive patient care.
• Assists in the maintenance of a safe environment and promotes efficiency of operations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years experience
• Certified Ophthalmic Assistant Preferred

The pay range for this job begins at $19.68/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience. Remote Work/Work from Home This position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children’s Mercy locations and may not work from home.
