- Job Summary
- Maintain smooth clinic operations by assisting physicians, facilitating patient-physician communication, and allowing full patient satisfaction during clinic visits. Prevent, evaluate and manage athletic-related injuries within the secondary school setting, while facilitating athlete-physician communication and promoting prompt and safe return to play situations.
- Education
- Graduation with a bachelors degree or higher from a CAATE-accredited, four-year institution
- Masters degree preferred
- Experience
- Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries
- Certification or eligible for certification as NATABOC Certified Athletic Trainer
- State of Alabama licensed Athletic Trainer or license eligible
- CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer required
