    • Responsible for providing poison treatment and patient assessment information to general public, physicians and other health care providers.
  • Education
    • Graduate of accredited school of nursing or school of pharmacy.
  • Experience
    • Prior experience in critical, toxicology or emergency care preferred.
  • Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries
    • Current nursing or pharmacy license from the State of Alabama.
    • Current BLS certification required.
