Human Resources is looking for an outgoing and motivated individual to assist the HR Department in meeting our goals. The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for CSR. Reporting to the Associate Director of Human Resources, this role will partner closely with Human Resource Program Liaisons to align recruitment strategies with the agency's needs. The Talent Acquisition Lead will oversee the Talent Acquisition Assistant and drive talent acquisition strategies across multiple platforms, including ADP, LinkedIn, really, and other sourcing methods. The ideal candidate will be adept at building relationships, implementing creative sourcing strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.


Primary Responsibilities

Recruitment strategy and management:
  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, for all positions within CSR, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
  • Partner with Human Resource Program Liaisons to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with CSR’s mission and workforce needs.
  • Oversee and mentor the Talent Acquisition Assistant, ensuring a collaborative and high-functioning recruitment team.
  • Utilize strategic sourcing techniques across multiple platforms, including ADP, LinkedIn, really, and other online recruiting channels, to identify and engage qualified candidates.
  • Develop job postings and recruitment marketing materials that align with CSR’s employer brand and diversity goals.

Candidate sourcing and relationship building:
  • Proactively source and cultivate a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of roles, ranging from entry-level to leadership positions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, community partners, and industry networks to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, really, and other platforms to actively engage with candidates and conduct outreach to potential applicants.
  • Leverage recruitment analytics to track and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improving sourcing strategies.

Collaboration and partnership:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Human Resource Program Liaisons to understand departmental needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination with all stakeholders during the hiring process, including conducting regular check-ins with hiring managers.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on recruitment best practices, providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process.

Recruitment operations and compliance:
  • Manage recruitment processes and ensure they are aligned with CSR’s values, legal requirements, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of all candidates in the applicant tracking system (ADP) and ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed on talent acquisition trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure CSR’s recruitment processes are competitive and compliant.

Candidate experience:
  • Provide a positive and inclusive candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the interview process.
  • Manage the scheduling of interviews, assessments, and feedback with candidates, as well as follow-up post-interview.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for CSR, promoting the agency's mission and values to prospective candidates.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing the hiring process.
  • Expertise in using recruitment platforms such as ADP, LinkedIn, and really for talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in data-driven recruitment, with the ability to analyze and report on metrics.
  • Commitment to CSR’s mission and values, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on sourcing and managing the recruitment process.
  • Experience with ADP and other applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
