Job Title: School-Based Therapist
About the Position:
This position involves providing therapeutic services to students in elementary, middle, and high schools located in Hudson County, NJ. The successful candidate will work with a team of therapists to deliver individual and group services, conduct evaluations, and participate in meetings and consultation time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapeutic services to students with autism, multiple disabilities, and other special needs
- Conduct evaluations and develop IEP programs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
- NJ State License
- NJDOE Certification
- AHA certification (RQI and AHA instructor cards acceptable)
- Driver's license required
Schedule:
The schedule includes 0900-1400 hours with varied hours based on the school calendar/schedule. The assignment duration is 13 weeks.
