Job Overview

Immediate Opening - The Grounds Maintenance Foreman is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and care of outdoor spaces, ensuring that all grounds are well-kept and meet the aesthetic and functional needs of the property. This role involves supervising a maintenance crew, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Typical Duties And Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of grounds maintenance workers in daily tasks.
• Adhere to the maintenance schedules provided for landscaping needs, grounds maintenance, flower rotations, etc.
• Inspect grounds regularly to ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies needed for maintenance activities.
• Train crew on proper maintenance techniques and safety procedures.
• Communicate with Divisional Managers regarding project updates and maintenance needs.
  
  

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in grounds maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• English/Spanish speaker preferred
