ChildSync is a pediatric occupational therapy clinic located in Gilroy, CA that provides individualized specialized services to children birth though adolescents. Our focus is on building a child's confidence and growth in many critical life skills including play, sleep, eating, coping, and adapting to all environments through well-disguised sensory-motor based activities.

Role Description

This is a part-time to full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L). As a pediatric occupational therapist, the candidate will work with children birth through adolescence. The candidate will provide individualized specialized services, conduct assessments and evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy sessions. The role is located in Gilroy, CA with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy skills
• Pediatrics and Early Intervention experience
• Experience working with children
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• California State OTR/L license
• Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience in sensory integration, feeding, and/or self-regulation is a plus
• Certification in a specialty area, such as feeding or sensory integration, is a plus
• Outgoing, enthusiastic and adaptability is a plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $57.00 - $62.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
