Childwise ABA is seeking a dedicated and organized Client Coordinator to join our team. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Schedule client appointments and coordinate staff assignments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client records using Central Reach and ensure all data is up to date.
- Communicate with therapists, families, and administrative staff to manage client care effectively.
- Support new client onboarding and ensure proper documentation and scheduling.
- Assist with staffing coordination to ensure appropriate coverage for sessions.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff, addressing concerns and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Conduct intake processes for new clients and facilitate outreach efforts to engage potential clients and community partners.
- Pay range: $20 - $30 per hour
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Experience with Central Reach or similar client management software.
- Strong background in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
- Experience in scheduling and staff coordination.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in ABA is a plus.
