Summary : The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support and assistance to the Shine Systems Team, including client and staff scheduling across all service lines supported by the Chileda Shine program.
GENERAL HOURS OF DUTY : This is a full-time, non-exempt position, working 40 hours a week. Work is generally performed between the hours of 11 : 00 am-7 : 00 pm. Some weekends as needed.
REPORTS TO : Director of Shine Community Services
JOB DUTIES :
- Greet and direct visitors to the building.
- Monitor Shine phone lines and direct phone calls.
- The Administrative Assistant will coordinate staffing coverage across all shifts, clients, staff, and
company vehicles in collaboration with the director of Shine Community Services, therapists, and the
behavior team.
